Summary: needs architecture and need urban planner

Architecture and urban planner have needs that must consider for construction of building, but in different scales. This need have keep in mind as a three groups: need of the people, needs of the buildings and needs of the context. These three groups must be in balance for not cause conflicts between them.

The first group is about of the people and feeling that building generates in them as comfort, safe, protection and other. The needs of building are it needs to stand by itself as well distribution and flow distribution. And finally the needs of the context for that place create can coexist with the environment
